Case Study
Safawi Rasid x adidas

Challenge
Athlete sponsorship films often split in two: either match footage with a logo slapped on, or a studio portrait that never feels like sport. The brief needed adidas-grade polish at social speed—Safawi as the story, kit and product as texture, and a piece that could lead Reels without looking like a catalogue.
Approach
We shot and cut around contrast: pitch energy against low-key red portrait lighting, then locked the brand line on a training close-up. On the director side: vertical framing, hook-first motion, and a grade that kept the adidas lockup readable on mobile. On the campaign side: one master built for feed, with still-extractable frames for Stories and paid social.
Outcome
A campaign-ready vertical film that reads as athlete storytelling first, sponsorship second—Safawi’s presence carrying the adidas line without extra reshoots.
